We understand that sometimes things don’t go as planned, and we are committed to assisting you with any issues regarding your order.

1. Returns

1.1 Received a Faulty or Defective Item

Providing our customers with high-quality products is our utmost priority. If you receive a product that is faulty or defective, please contact us immediately so we can arrange a resolution.

To qualify for a free replacement, you must adhere to the following:

  • -> Contact Period: Notify us using the provided contact form and describe the issue within 14 days of delivery.
  • -> Documentation: Include your order number and clear pictures of the product and its packaging, ensuring the damage is clearly visible.

Note: Damage sustained by the packaging during the shipping process, which does not affect the product’s function, does not qualify for a refund or replacement under this section.

If these requirements are met, we will promptly ship a free replacement item. You do not need to return the faulty product.

1.2 Non-Delivery of Order

If you have not received your order within 21 business days of the shipping date, please contact us without delay so we can launch an investigation.

  • -> Initial Investigation: Upon receiving your notification, we will initiate a comprehensive tracking investigation into your order’s whereabouts.
  • -> Replacement Eligibility: If our investigation confirms that the order has not been delivered after 30 business days from the original shipping date, you will be eligible for a free replacement.
  • -> Incorrect Shipping Information: Customers are responsible for ensuring that the shipping address provided at the time of purchase is accurate. We cannot be held liable for delays or non-delivery resulting from incorrect shipping details.
  • -> Unclaimed Packages: If the item is returned to us because it was not collected by the customer from the carrier, a replacement will not be offered. We can reship the package, but the customer will be responsible for an additional shipping fee of AUD$7.99.

1.3 Damage Caused by Misuse

We are not responsible for product damage that occurs due to improper use or handling by the customer after delivery.

1.4 Change of Mind / Order Cancellation

We offer a flexible policy for cancellations and returns:

  • -> Cancellation Window: You may request an order cancellation within 12 hours of placing the order, provided the order has not yet been shipped. Please contact us immediately to request cancellation within this period.
  • -> Post-Shipment Returns: If the order has already shipped, you may still return the product within 30 days of receipt.

Return Conditions (Change of Mind):

The returned product must be:

  • -> In its original packaging.
  • -> In the same condition as received.

How to Process a Return:

  1. Request: Contact us via email and include your order number to initiate the return.
  2. Confirmation: We will confirm your request and provide the designated return address within 72 hours.
  3. Shipping: The customer is responsible for the cost of return shipping. You must provide a tracking number for the returned goods to complete the process. All returns must be shipped to the address we provide.
  4. Refund: We will issue a refund for the returned items within 14 days of receiving and inspecting the package.

Note: If the item received was faulty or damaged upon delivery, please refer to Section 1.1 FAULTY ITEM DELIVERED.

1.5 Items Not in Original Condition

Returns are accepted within 30 days of receiving the package. However, a full refund may not apply if the product is not returned in its original, saleable condition.

2. Refunds and Adjustments

2.1 Price Adjustments for Promotions

We occasionally conduct promotional campaigns and offer discounts.

  • -> Retroactive Discounts: Purchases made before the start of any promotional campaign are not eligible for price adjustments or refunds to match the new campaign prices. The purchase price is final once the order is placed.
  • -> Same-Day Adjustment: If you make a purchase on the same day a campaign launches, we will refund the price difference, provided you contact us within 24 hours of your purchase to request the adjustment.

2.2 Shipping Address Changes

If you require a change to your shipping address, please contact us within 12 hours of placing your order.

  • -> Unshipped Orders: If the order has not yet shipped, we will update the address at no additional charge.
  • -> Shipped Orders: Once the order has been shipped, we are unable to change the shipping address. Please ensure your shipping information is correct during checkout.
  • -> Our Error: Should we fail to process a valid address change request within the 12-hour window due to our administrative error, we will assume responsibility and cover any additional costs necessary to correct the shipping address.
  • -> Customer Rerouting: If the incorrect address is noticed after the order has shipped, you may contact the carrier directly to attempt a reroute. Any additional costs incurred from the carrier for this service will be the customer’s responsibility.

2.3 Acceptance of Terms

By placing an order on our e-commerce website, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to comply with this entire Returns & Refunds Policy.
